In accordance witr, the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, the application of Adolph Bender fer terracing of his land 1/2 mile north of Center
Point, Texas. in Precinct No. 2 and the application of Mrs. H. C. Schumacher Sr. for the
terracing of her land about 21 miles N. W. of Hunt, Texas, in Precinct No. 4 was approved
by the Courts and contracts entered into by and between the Commissioner of Prec. No. 2 and
the Commissioner of Prec. No. 4 and aforementioned parties. Motion made by Commissioner Witt
and seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court.

WE, THE UNDERSI3NED, resident qualified electors and taxpaying voters of KERR COUNTY
CGMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRA"-'~) of Kerr County, Texas, who each owns taxable property
in said District and who have duly rendered the same for taxation, respectfully pray that
ycu order an election to be held in said District at the earliest date practicable for the
purpose of submitting t'~e following proposition in accordance with Law:
"SHALL the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, be
authorized to issue the bonds of KERR COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL
