This the 26th day of April 1963 upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, and rnanimously approved by the Court, that Allie Crenshaw be granted
an allowance of "$40.00 per month for a period of three months with the first check to be
issued April 26, 1963.

N0. 9428 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACTS
In accordance with the provisions of Article 23'72c of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, the application of Adolph Bender for terracing of his land 1/2 mile north of Center
Point, Texas, in Precinct No. 2 and the application of Mrs. H. C. Schiimacher~ Sr. for the
terracing of her land abcut 21 miles N. W. of Hunt, Texas, in Precinct No. 4 was approved
by the Courts and contracts entered into by and between the Commissioner of Prec. No. 2 and
the Commissioner of Prec. No. 4 and aforementioned parties. Motion made by Commissioner Witt
and seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court.

in said District and who have duly rendered the same for taxation, respectfully pray that
