EACH voter shall mark out with pen or pencil one of such expressions, thus leaving the
other as indicating his or her vote on the proposition.
NONE but resident qualified property taxpaying electors of said School District, who
own property therein subJect to taxation and who have duly rendered the same for taxation,
shall be allowed to vote at said election.
THE SHERIFF of this County shall give notice of said election by posting three copies of
this ORDER FOR SCHOOL BOND ELECTION at three different places within the boundaires of said
School District, which posting shall be done not less than ten (10) days prior to the date
fixed for said election.
WITHIN five (5) days after said election, the officers holding the same shall make returns
of the result thereof to the Commissioners Court of this County, as required by law for hold-
ing a general election.
SAID ELECTION shall be held and conducted as provided by law for general elections, except
as modified by Chapter 13, Title 1}9, of the 1925 Texas Revised Civil Statutes and amendments
thereto and Article 2784e-1, V. A. T. C, S., as amended.

This the 29th day of April 1963, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk and the County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of 224,18 from the Permanent
Improvement Fund to the Agriculture Exhibition Building Sinking Fund,

NO, 9430 ORDER DIRECTING COUNTY TREASURER TO CLOSE OUT AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING
SINKING FUND
On this the 29th day of A-pri1, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of the Agriculture Exhibition Building Sinking Fund on the books of the County Treasurer
of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the final payment on the bonded indebtedness
owing on the Agriculture Exhibition Building will be made on May 1, 1963 leaving the said
fund without any remaining balance, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Treasurer of Kerr County
be directed to close out the said Agriculture Exhibition Building Sinking Fund on her books
as of May 2, 1963, and that hereatter any delinquent or other ad valorem taxes heretofore
