EACH voter shall mark out with pen or pencil one of such expressions, thus leaving the
other as indicating his or her vote on the proposition.
NONE but resident qualified property taxpaying electors of said School District, who
own property therein subject to taxation and who have duly rendered the same for taxation,
shall be allowed to vote at said election.
THE SHERIFF of this County shall give notice of said election by posting three copies of
this ORDER FOR SCHOOL BONA ELECTION at three different places within the boundaires of said
School District, which posting shall be done not less than ten (10) days prior to the date
fixed for said election.
WITHIN five (5) days after said election, the officers holding the same shall make returns
of the result thereof to the Commissioners Court of this County, as required by law for hold-
ing a general election.
SAID ELECTION shall be held and conducted as provided by law for general elections, except
as modified by Chapter 13, Title l}9, of the 1925 Texas Revised Civil Statutes and amendments
thereto and Article 2784e-1, V. A. T. C. S., as amended.

This the 29th day of April 1963, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk and the County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X224,18 from the Permanent
Improvement Fund to the Agriculture Exhibition Building Sinking Fund,

N0, 9430 ORDER DIRECTING COUNTY TREASURER TO CLOSE OUT AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING
SINKING FUND
On this the 29th day of A-pril, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of the Agriculture Exhibition Building Sinking Fund on the books of the County Treasurer
of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the final payment on the bonded indebtedness
owing on the Agriculture Exhibition Building will be made on Maq 1, 1963 leaving the said
fund without any remaining balance, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Treasurer of Kerr County
be directed to close out the said Agriculture Exhibition Building Sinking Fund on her books
as of May 2, 1963, and that hereafter any delinquent or other ad valorem taxes heretofore

levied for this sinking fund and hereafter or previouslq collected bq the Kerr County Tax
Collector be deposited in the Permanent Improvement Fund of Kerr County by the County Treasurer,
it appearing to the Court that such disposition of such funds is Just and lawful.

ON THIS the 13th day of May, 1963, the County Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,
convened in regular session at the regular meeting place thereof in the Courthouse at Kerrville,
Texas, with the following members present, to-wit:

11th day of May, 1963, to determine whether the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,
shall have the pocuer to issue bonds of said District in the amount of $43,000 to become due
and payable serially, for school building purposes, to-wit: the purchase, construction, repair
or equipment of public free school buildings and the purchase of necessary sites therefor,
within the limits of said District, and whether there shall be annually levied and collected
on all taxable property in said District, a tax sufficient to pay the current interest on said
bonds and to pay the principal thereof as the same becomes due, pursuant to the authority of
