Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Bid of T, J. Moore Lumber Yard for fencing
material for F/M 2771 R/W as being the lowest and best bid.

ON THIS the 13th day of May, 1963, the County Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,
convened in regular session at the regular meeting place thereof in the Courthouse at Kerrville,
Texas, with the following members present, to-wit:

and among other proceedings had by said Commissioners' Court were the following:
There came on to be considered the returns of an election held in said District on the
11th day of May, 1963, to determine whether the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,
shall have the power to issue bonds of said District in the amount of $43,000 to become due
and payable serially, for school building purposes, to-wit: the purchase, construction, repaix
or equipment of public free school buildings and the purchase of necessary sites therefor,
within the limits of said District, and whether there shall be annually levied and collected

on all taxable property in said District, a tax sufficient to pay the current interest on said
bonds and to pay the principal thereof as the same becomes due, pursuant to the authority of
