NO. 9436 ORDER RENEWING FIRE FIGHTING CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS
On this 13th day of May, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter
of providing Rural Fire Protection for Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the
existing Fire Fighting Contract with the City of Kerrville, Texas will expire on [,ay 31, 1963;
and it further appearing to the Court that the existing contract and the working arrangements
agreed upon thereunder are providing satisfactory rural fire protection for the citizens of
Kerr County and that it would be to the best interests of Kerr County to renew such contract
for a one-year period;
It is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner W. C. Schwethelm, seconded by Commis-
sioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the existing Fire Fighting
Contract with the City of Kerrville, Texas be renewed for a period of one year commencing on
June 1, 1963 and ending on May 31, 1964 as provided for in Part C of the existing contract,
said renewal to become effective upon the joinder therein by the City of Kerrville by letter
acceptance as provided for by the terms of said Part C, and it is further Grdered that the
Clerk. of this Court forward a certified copy of this Order to the City of Kerrville, Texas.

roads of Kerr County, Texas.

with Commissioners Bartel and Schwethelm and County Judge Neunhof.fer voting "AYE" and
Commissioners Witt and Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying in the affirmative by a

request of the Holland Lumber Company, a Texas Corporation and successor in title to John
E. Decker et ux to certain lands out of Survey 113 Samuel Wallace, to close a certain roadway
across a portion of such lands which roadway constitutes a strip of land 50 feet in width
and 170 feet in length running South 364 degrees East from the Upper Oak Park Road, which
land is described more particularly in a Deed from John E, Decker, et ux to Kerr County as is
of record in Vol. 101 Page 153 Kerr County Deed Records, and it appearing to the Court that
