Decker et ux to certain lands out of Survey 113 Samuel Wallace, to close a certain roadway across a portion of such lands which roadway constitutes a strip of land 50 feet in width and 170 feet in length running South 364 degrees East from the Upper Oak Park Road, which land is described more particularly in a Deed from John E. Decker, et ux to Kerr County as is of record in Vol. 101 Page 153 Kerr County Deed Records, and it appearing to the Court that ~- ~~ the Holland Lumber Company is now the owner of the abutting former John E. Decker Lands in ^ Survey 113 as well as of the entire tract of land which was to be provided with access to the Upper Oak Park Road by means of the roadway previously conveyed to Kerr County, and it further appearing that said strip of land is not now and never has been used as a public roadway or as a roadway for any purpose and it further appearing that the platting of the proposed Meadow View Estates by the said Holland Lumber Company will eliminate the need for a roadway in this location, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm and seconded by Commis- sicner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that the strip of land out of Survey 113, Samuel Wallace, Abstract 347 as described in the deed of John W.
