Decker Lands in ^ Survey 113 as well as of the entire tract of land which was to be provided with access to the Upper Oak Park koad by means of the roadway previously conveyed to Kerr County, and it further appearing that said strip of land is not now and never has been used as a public roadway or as a roadway for any purpose and it further appearing that the platting of the proposed Meadow View Estates by the said Holland Lumber Company will eliminate the need for a roadway in this location, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm and seconded by Commis- sioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that the strip of land out of Survey 113, Samuel Wallace, Abstract 347 as described in the deed of John W. Decker et ux to Kerr County, Texas as is of record in Vol. 101, Page 153, Kerr County Deed kecords be declared closed and abandoned as a public roadway, effective upon the filing in the Plat kecords of Kerr County of the Plat of the Meadow View Estates Subdivision, and that upon the filing of said plat, the County Judge of Kerr County be authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed in the name of Kerr County to the Holland Lumber Co., a Texas Corporation, the said Corporation being the ,,,~ lawful holder of title to the reversionary rights retained by John E.
