E. ALLISON & CO., INC., San Antonio, Texas, to purchase the following described bonds of Kerr County Common School District No. 2 (Ingram), to-wit: $30,000 "KF.Rk COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2 (INGRAM SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 1963", dated June 1, 1963; at a price of par and accrued interest to date of delivery ; and WHEREAS, this Court, upon advice and consideration, finds that the said bid of M. E. ALLISON & CO., INC., for the purchase of said bonds at a price of par and accrued interest to date of delivery was the highest and best bid received by this Court in respect of the purchase of said bonds; therefore BE IT ORDERED BY THE COMN,ISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS: SECTION l: That the bid of M. E. ALLISON & CO., INC., San Antonio, Texas, for the purchase of the following described bonds of Kerr County Common School District No. 2 (Ingram) at a price of par and accrued interest to date of delivery, shall be, and the same is hereby accepted, said bonds being more fully described as follows, to-wit: $30,000 "KERR COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRAM) SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 1963", dated June 1, 1963, numbered consecutively from 1 to 53, both inclusive, in denominations of $10, $770 and $1,000, due and payable serially on June 1 in each of the years as follows: $10 1964 ti rough 1986, $5,770 1987, and $6,000 1988 through 1991; all of said bonds bearing interest at the rate of 4.40% per annum, such interest being payable on December 1, 1963, and semi-annually thereafter on June 1 and December
