ALLISON & CO., INC., San Antonio, Texas, to purchase the following described bonds of Kerr County Common School District No. 2 (Ingram), to-wit: $30,000 "KERB COUNTY CON~I'ON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRAM SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 1963", dated June 1, 1963; at a price of par and accrued interest to date of delivery and WHEREAS, this Court, upon advice and consideration, finds that the said bid of M. E. ALLISON & CO., INC., for the purchase of said bonds at a price of par and accrued interest to date of delivery was the highest and best bid received by this Court in respect of the purchase of said bonds; therefore BE IT ORDERED BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That the bid of M. E. ALLISON & CO., INC., San Antonio, Texas, for the purchase of the following described bonds of Kerr County Common School District No. 2 (Ingram) at a price of par and accrued interest to date of delivery, shall be, and the same is hereby accepted, said bonds being more fully described as follows, to-wit: $30.000 "KERB COUNTY COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 (INGRAM) SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 1963", dated June 1, 1963, numbered consecutively from 1 to 53, both inclusive, in denominations of $10, $770 and $1,000, due and payable serially on June 1 in each of the years as follows: $10 1964 t'~rough 1986, $5,770 1987, and $6,000 1988 through 1991; all of said bonds bearing interest at the rate of 4.40`7, per annum, such interest being payable on December 1, 1963, and semi-annually thereafter on June 1 and December 51 1 in each year, both principal and interest being payable at the CHAS. SCHREiNER BANK, Kerrville, Texas. SECTION 2: That said bonds are hereby declared to be scld and that the same are on this date sold, to M. E ALLISON & CO., INC., San Antonio, Texas, at the price of par and accrued interest to date of delivery. The above order having been read in full, it was moved by Commissioner Bartel and seconded by Commissioner Stone that the same be passed and adopted. Thereupon, the question being called for the County Judge put the motion to a vote of the members of the Commissioners' Court and the motion carried by the following vote: Commissioners Schwethelm, Witt, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE"; and none voting "NO". The County Judge declared the motion carried and the order passed, and the Clerk was instructed to record the same in the proper Minutes of the Court.
