SECTION 2: That said bonds are hereby declared to be scld and that the same are on
this date sold, to M. E. ALLISON & CO., INC., San Antonio, Texas, at the price of par and
accrued interest to date of delivery.
The above order having been read in full, it was moved by Commissioner Bartel and
seconded by Commissioner Stone that the same be passed and adopted. Thereupon, the question
being called for the County Judge put the motion to a vote of the members of the Commissioners'
Court and the motion carried by the following vote: Commissioners Schwethelm, Witt, Bartel
and Stone voting "AYE"; and none voting "NO". The County Judge declared the motion carried
and the order passed, and the Clerk was instructed to record the same in the proper Minutes
of the Court.

This the 24th day of May 1963, came on to be considered b;% the Court the matter of
entering into a contract with C. R. Law Tax Records, Inc., for compiling delinquent tax
records of Kerr County. Therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, tine Court unanimously approved that said contract between Juanita Reeves,
Tax Assessor-Collector and C. R. Law Tax kecords, Inc., be accepted.
