CONFEDERATE INFORMATION MARKER
This the 24th day of May, 1963, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Witt, the court unanimously approved that the Texas State Historical Survey
Committee be granted permission to erect a Confederate Information Marker on the Courthouse
Square of Kerr County, Texas.

NO, 9448 ORDER REGARDING BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
On this the 24th day of May 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing to
the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on motion by Commissioner Bartel and
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Commissioners'
Court convene on June 11, 1963, commencing at 9:00 o'clock A,M. and meeting until 12:00 o'clock
noon, and that proper notice be published and also notices be mailed to those property owners
whose valuations the court proposes to change.

NO, 9449 AFPR(7/AL OF CLAIM OF kICHARD WAY
This the 24th day of May, 1963, upon motion of Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the court unanimously approved the claim of Richard Way in the amount of $43.75 for
contract labor and to be paid out of Road and Bridge ~k2 Fund.
