On this the loth day of June, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of an erroneous deposit made by the County Treasurer of Kerr County on Sect. 11, 1962
as is evidenced by Deposit Warrant No, 3534 issued that date and it appearing to the Court
that the sum of "~'l+07.15 representing ad valorem tax collections for the benefit of the General
Fund of Kerr County was erroneously deposited in the Road and Bridge Fund of Karr County as is
shown on the faco of the said Deposit Warrant and it further appearing to the Court that this
error requires correction, it is orderod on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Corunissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the amount of X407.15 be transferr-
ed from the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County to the General Fund of Kerr County to correct
an erroneous deposit as evidenced by Deposit Warrant No. 3534 dated Sept. L1, 1962,

On this 10th deg of June 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter
of two Kerr County Treasury vouchers issued in the year 1962 and remaining outstanding and
unaccounted for and it appearing to the Court that Voucher No. 35'?1 dated February 9, 1962 and
drawn in the amount of X8,21 against the General Road and Bridge Fund and "~~17,20 against
Precinct No. 1 Road and Bridge Fund for a total amount of ~25.lI1 and payable to Geo, H. Callcott
and Voucher No. 3811 dated March 12, 1962 and drawn on Precinct No. 3 Road and Bridge Fund
in the amo~.mt of X47,35 and payable to Geo. H, Callcott have not been presented to the Deposi-
tory Bank of Kerr County for payment and that an investigation by the County Treasurer of Kerr
County has verified that the payee named in theso two vouchers has no record of having received
or negotiated the same, and that the amounts for which these vouchers were issued have not been
subsequently billed to or paid by Kerr County pending efforts to locate the said vouchers,

^ ly approved by the Court that outstanding Kerr County Treasury Vouchers Nos, 3571 and 3811
be ordered cancelled due to having been accidently lost or destroyed and that the Clerk and

proposed Lease Assignment and Agreement submitted by Mooney Aircraft, Inc, lessees of a portion
of the City-County Airpcrt Premises which proposed assignment and agreement would be to the
Small Business Administration and the Security State Bank and Trust of Fredericksburg, Texas
to secure a proposed loan to Mooney Aircraft, Inc, and it appearing to the Court that the said
proposed assignment of the current lease agreement dated Jan 10, 1963 between Mooney Aircraft,
Inc, and the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, together with the agreement as incorporated
in said proposed assignment is necessary to secure the loan a'oove referred to and that such
proposed assignment and agreement is not adverse to the interests of Kerr County as Lessor,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court that the above described Lease Assignment and Agreement be approved by
Kerr County and that the County Judge be authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of
Kerr County, doing so upon the concurrence of the City of Kerrville therein, and that his
sLgnature be attested tot~the Clerk of this Court, and that the executed instrument be recorded
in the Minutes of this Court,

of X3,000.00 per annum, effective June 10, 1963, plus O8~ per mile for use of private auto-
mobile, not to exceed 600 miles per month, payable cn presentation of sworn mileage account.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner Stone, with Commissioners
Witt, Bartel and Stone and County Judge Julius R, Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner
