This the 8th day of July 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Co-runissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the Bid of Frank Thomason for
the improvement of the Knapp Crossing Bridge on the Guadalupe River be accepted as being the
lowest and best bid. That Kerr County's net costs including engineering and advertising be
born by Road and Bridge Precinct #1 Fund and other costs to be born by the General Road and
Bridge Fund of Kerr County.

On this the 8th day of July 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners'Precincts since the last term
of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in
amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4, General Road and Bridge, General, Officers
Salary and County Law Library, as shown in the P4lnutes of Accounts Allowed from page 769 thru
pale 771, which were made a part hereof and of this Order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously
approved by the Court,

N0, 9469 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY AFPROVED
On this the 8th day of July, 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports
for June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the
Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for Slzture reference and subject to audit,
