the improvement of the Knapp Crossing Bridge on the Guadalupe River be accepted as being the
lowest and best bid, That Kerr County's net costs including engineering and advertising be
born by Road and Bridge Precinct #1 Fund and other costs to be born by the General Road and
Bridge Fund of Kerr County,

On this the 8th day of July, 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports
for June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the
Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 8th day of July, 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County C1erY. Trust Fund in the Chas, Schreiner
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from December 31, 1962 and leaving a balance of X3,087,51 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1963.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, the application of L, F, Scherer, Jr., for terracing of his land 32 miles from Hunt,
Texas, on North Fork, in Precinct No, 4 was approved by the Court, and contract entered into
by and between the Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 and aforementioned party.

Judging Clinic to use the Agriculture Exhibition Building Ju'Ly 15, 1963 and the request of
the Federal Land Bank AssociatLon of Kerrville for a Membership Meeting July 24, 1963, at no
