On this the 8th day of July, 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas, Schreiner
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and rersons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from December 3i, 1962 and leaving a balance of X3,087,51 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1963.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should ba approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, the application of L, F, Scherer, Jr „ for terracing of his land 32 miles from Hunt,
Texas, on North Fork, in Precinct No, 4 was approved by the Court, and contract entered into
by and between the Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 and aforementioned party.

Judging Clinic to use the Agriculture Exhibition Building July 15, 1963 and the request of
