On this the 8th day of July, 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas, Schreiner
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from December 31, 1962 and leaving a balance of X3,087,51 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1963.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. ^

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, the application of L, F, Scherer, Jr., for terracing of his land 32 miles from Hunt,
Texas, on North Fork, in Frecinct No, 4 was approved by the Court, and contract entered into
by and between the Coc~,missioner of Precinct No. 4 and aforementioned party,
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved
by the Court.

This the 8th day of July 1963, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Witt, the court unanimously approved the request of the Stock Show Association for Angora Goat
Judging Clinic to use the Agriculture Exhibition Building Ju:Ly 15, 1963 and the request of
the Federal Land Bank Association o£ Kerrville for a Membership Meeting 3uly 2L1, 1963, at no
charge except janitor servicİ.

Election Precinct #2 to replace Sid McElrog who has moved from the County and that E, W. Crowder
be appointed a regular Judge to replace C, H, Mosty.
