capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from December 3?, 1962 and leaving a balance of X3,087,51 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1963.

by and between the Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 and aforementioned party,

by the State Highway Commission on June 28, 1963, for the improvement by the Texas Highway
Department of the roads described below and that Kerr County Agrees to furnish all required
right-of-way free of cost to the State:

HIGHWAY 41 RIGHT-OF-WAY
On this the 8th day of July 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of returning to the abutting landowners certain portions of abandoned right-of-*,ray
of State Highway No, 41, and it appearing to the Court that such lands as are described in
that certain quitclaim Deed from the State of Texas to Kerr County dated June 17, 1963 and
recorded in Vol. 115, Page 1{.30, Kerr County Deed Records are no longer required for use as a
rublic roadway and were originally acquired at no cost to Kerr County and therefore should be
returned to the abutting landowners as agreed at the time oŁ right-of-way procurement Łor
existing State Highway No, 41, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that such portions of abandoned right-
of-way as are described in the aforesaid deed be declared closed and abandoned as a public
roadway and that the County Judge be authorized to execute the following truitclaim Deeds in
the name of Kerr County:
