On this the 19th day of July, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
natter of cancellation of unnegotiated Treasury Voucher No, 5106 dated September 10, 1962 drawn
on the Officers Salary Fund and pay able to the Texas Pen Company in the amount of X2.21, and
it appearing to the Court that efforts to deliver the said voucher to the payee by U,S. Mail
have been unsuccessful, and that no subsequent billing for this amount has been received from
the said Texas Pen Company, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel seconded by
Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to cancel on their books the said voucher No, 5106 in the amount of ~2.2i.

OSCAR NEUNHOF'FER, JR. , and WIFE, ANNA E. NEUNHOP'FER
~„ On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the offer of Oscar Neunhoffer, Oscar Neunhoffer, Jr,, and wife, Anna E. Neunhoffer, to donate
right-of-way easements as to their right, title and interest in certain tracts totaling 11.96
acres of land out of Surveys 399 John Bloom, 404 Joseph Prucell, 389 A. Cameron, 397 Chas.
Veich, 395 Mrs, A, Clark, 394 Thomas Jackson, 393 3. Hinch, and 64 Wm, Watt, and their right,
title and interests as to 4 channel easements comprising 0,529 acres out oŁ Surveys 399, 404,
and 3931 and it appearing to the Court after due consideration that it would be in the best
interests of Kerr County to do so, it is ordered and approved by the Court by a maJority vote
with Commissioners Bartel, Stone and Witt voting "AYE" and Commissioner Schwebhelm voting
°NO" that the offer of Oscar Neunhoffer, Oscar Neunhoffer, Jr., and Anna E, i~eunhoffer as set
forth be accepted an d. that Kerr County will construct a new fence along the new right-cf-way
line and the property lines of the grantors as they may exist along the right-of-way subsequent
to construction of F, M. Road 27'11, said fence to consist of heart cedar posts set 25 feet
apart with 3 heart cedar stays between each post and 832-7.2-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires
^' on top and further Kerr County will build a new entrance cattle guard, provide 3 :yew 12 foot
steel gates and relocate 1 existing steel gate., except that where a deer proof fence presently
to Station 17b+80,
exists from Statior. 160+ 03/ a deer proof fence will be built to the same general standards
as used by Kerr County on State Highway 41, with ono 10 foot steel gate to be furnished by

Kerr County, and that from Station 176+BO to Station 2.8+88,8 Kerr County will build an addi-
tional 5,128 feet of deer proof fence to the same standards furnishing four 12 foot gates;
and further making special provisions in such fence for water flowing from the channels of
existing terraces and reshape the newly created ends of such existing terraces as to permit
farm machinery to cross the same in the same manner as is done at the existing terrace ends,
and it is ordered that on completion of construction of F,M, Road 2771, such portions of abutt-
ing county roadways as shall no longer be required for public use shall be considered abandoned
and shall revert to the holders of record title thereto,

DTO. 9490 ORDER AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF LAND FOR F. M. 2771 RIGHT-OF-WAY BY KERR COUNTY TO
TAE STATE OF TEXAS
On this the 26th day of July, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
requirements of the State of Texas for right-of-way for F,M, Road 2771 across a portion of a
certain 1}.9 acre strip of land conveyed to Kerr County by H, M. Naylor by virtue of a quitclaim
deed dated March 22, 1963 and filed this date for record in the deed records of Kerr County,
and it appearing to the Court that conveyance of the required acreage and granting of the
necessary channel easements is necessary and lawful, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Witt, seconded by Commissioner 5chwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
County convey to the State of Texas 2,019 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 64 Wm Watt, 63
UJ, T, Crook and 392 G, W, Braze al, together with 2 channel easements comprising 0,082 acres
out of Survey 392 said ccnveyance to recite a nominal consideration only, and it is further
ordered that the County Judge is hereby authorized to execute the necessary right-cf-way deed
and channel easements for this purpose,

N0. 9491 OFFER TO THE INDEPENDENT EXECUTORS OF THE ESTATES OF ARTHUR AND FANNY REAL, DECEASED,
FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOH F. M. ROAD 2771
On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid to the estates of Arthur and. Fanny Real, Deceased, for convey-
ante of Right-of-Way Easement and seven Channel Easements for F, M. Road 2771; and after due '""'
consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner
Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the Estates
of Arthur and Fanny Real, Deceased, the sum of X869.30 upon the granting of a right-of-way
easement for 14.757 acres of land out of Surveys 398 A. Cameron, 397 C. Veich and 395 Heirs
of Mrs, A. Clark, Deceased, together with 7 channel easements comprising 0,988 acres out of
Surveys 3`)8 and 397; and
It is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr County
will construct a new fence along the entire right-of-way line, said fence to consist of heart
cedar posts set 25 feat apart with 3 heart cedar stays between each post and 832-12-12 1/2 net
wire with 3 barb wires on top, except that on that 1930.2 foot portion of the right-of-way where
a deer proof Fence is now located, the fence shall consist of heart cedar posts set 30 feet
apart with 4 heart cedar stays between and 1047-12-12 1/2 net wire plus 832-12-12 1/2 net wire
with one smooth cable wire on top; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish one 12 foot x 6 1/2

foot high steel gate and as many as four regular 12 foot steel gates as requested; and
It is further ordered that upon delivery of the properly executed right-of-=.aay and channel
