M. 2771 RIGHT-OF-WAY BY KERR COUNTY TO TAE STATE OF TEXAS On this the 26th day of July, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the requirements of the State of Texas for right-of-way for F,M, Road 2771 across a portion of a certain 1}.9 acre strip of land conveyed to Kerr County by H, M. Naylor by virtue of a quitclaim deed dated March 22, 1963 and filed this date for record in the deed records of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that conveyance of the required acreage and granting of the necessary channel easements is necessary and lawful, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner 5chwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County convey to the State of Texas 2,019 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 64 Wm Watt, 63 UJ, T, Crook and 392 G, W, Braze al, together with 2 channel easements comprising 0,082 acres out of Survey 392 said ccnveyance to recite a nominal consideration only, and it is further ordered that the County Judge is hereby authorized to execute the necessary right-cf-way deed and channel easements for this purpose, o-o-o-c-o-c-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9491 OFFER TO THE INDEPENDENT EXECUTORS OF THE ESTATES OF ARTHUR AND FANNY REAL, DECEASED, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOH F.
