Road 2771 across a portion of a certain l}.9 acre strip of land conveyed to Kos°r County by H, M, Naylor by virtue of a quitclaim deed dated March 22, 1963 and filed this date for record in the deed records of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that conveyance of the required acreage and granting of the necessary channel easements is necessary and lawful, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County convey to the State of Texas 2.019 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 6!i Wm Watt, 63 W. ROAD 2771 On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid to the estates of Arthur and Fanny Real, Deceased, for convey- ance of Right-of-Way Easement and seven Channel Easements for F, M, Road 2771; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the Estates of Arthur and Fanny Real, Deceased, the sum of X869.30 upon the granting of a right-of-way easement for 14,757 acres of land out of Surveys 398 A. Cameron, 397 C, Veich and 395 Heirs of Mrs, A. Clark, Deceased, together with 7 channel easements comprising 0,988 acres out of Surveys 3`)8 and 397; and It is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new fence along the entire right-of-way line, said fence to consist of heart cedar posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between each post and 832-12-12_ ]./2 net wire with 3 barb wires on top, except that on that 1930.2 foot portion of the right-of-way where a deer proof fence is now located, the fence shall consist of heart cedar posts set 30 feet apart with 4 heart cedar stays between and 101{7-12-12 1/2 net wire plus 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with one smooth cable wire on top; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish one 12 foot x 6 1/2 ,^ foot high steel gate and as many as four regular 12 foot steel gates as requested; and It is further ordered that upon delivery of the properly executed right-of-~aay and channel easements by Hilmar A. M. Road 2771; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissicner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers Victor Real as consideration for his conveyance of 2,224 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 393 J. Hinch, 64 Wm, Watt, 63 W. T, Crook and 392 G. W, Braze al, together with one channel easement comprising 0.073 acres out of Survey 392, Kerr County will execute a Quit Claim Deed to Victor Real to a portion of that certain 4.9 acre tract of land out of Surveys 64, 63 and 392 described in that certain conveyance from .-. Harry Karger, et ux to H. M. PTaylor as is of record in Vol, 97, Fage 338, Kerr County Deed Records, and subsequently conveyed by the said H. M. Naylor to Kerr County, Texas, by Quit Claim Deed dated March 22, 1963 and recorded in the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas, said portions of the said 4.9 acre tract which is to be conveyed being all of the said tract less and except the following: I. 2,019 acres described in certain right-of-:aay conveyances from Kerr County to the State of Texas II, A small triangle of land comprising about 0.25 acres of land lying to the east oŁ a northerly extension of the present fence north of Turtle Creek between Victor Real and Andrew J, Paris, which triangle is bounded on the north by the F, M. 2771 right-of-way line and on the south by the north line of the present Andrew J.
