P4. Road 2771; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the above named owners the sum of X890,70 for the granting of a right-of-way easement for 14.685 acres of land out of Surveys No, 1135 L. A, Fatillo, 400 J, S, Lester, 399 John Bloom, 404 Joseph Purcell, and 398 A, Cameron and three channel easements comprising approximately 0.351 acres out of Surveys 1135, 400, and 404, and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, the following provisions will be made for fencing the new right-of-way line: In lieu of Kerr County proceeding to build the necessary right-of-way fencing, owners will build their own fences using such wire as they may desire and two 12 foot steel gates from Kerr County~s material stock piles and Kerr County will, after completion of the fencing, ^ compensate owners for the reasonable value of the equivalent materials which Kerr County would have supplied, had the fencing been constructed by Kerr County according to the standards as employed in providing fencing for land owners on the opposite side of the right-of-way. Re-imbursement for labor employed by owners in building their fences shall be on the same basis as Kerr Countyts contract price for fence construction on the opposite side of the right- of-way. T. Peacock and 402, Julius Chevalier, together with one channel easement comprising approximately 0.115 acres out of Survey 402, and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new fence along the new right-of-way line, said fence to consist of heart cedar posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between each past and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires on top, and further Kerr County will build a new entrance cattle guard and install one 12 foot steel gate at a location acceptable to Mr, Spicer and the Texas Highway Depsrtment, and it is further ordered that the Clerk an3 the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on F. M, Road 2771 and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commis- sioner Mitt and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Ann Farker Davidson Cross and husband, Dalton Cross, the sum of x,70.45 for land and damages upon their conveyance of 0,929 acres of right-of-way out of Survey 62, W. T, Crook, together with two channel easements comprising 0,4.18 acres out of Survey 62; and It is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new fence along the lines of the right-of-way conveyed, which fence shall have ,,,, creosoted posts spaced 25 feet apart and shall otherwise conform to fencing specifications as used by Kerr County on F, M. M, ROAD 2771 On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Carl D, Meek and wife, Rosa Lea Meek, for conveyance of right-of-way and two channel easements required for F, M, Road 2771; and after due considera- tion, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt and un- animously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Carl D, Meok and wife, Rosa Lea Meek, the sum of X146,60 upon the granting of a Right-of-Way Easement for 1,747 acres of land out of Survey 64, Wm, tdatt, together with two channel easements ccmprising 0,1.60 acres out of Survey 64 and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new deer proof fence on the north right-of-way line to the same specifications as used for new fencing of this type by Kerr County on owners property on F, M, Road 689 and Furnish one new 12 foot steel gate and that on the south right-cf-tiaay line Kerr County will built. a standard fence as constructed for adjoining landowners, including one wire gap if required, it being further understood that fences will be winged to connect with the drainage structure planned adJacent to the existing county road bridge, and it is ordered that on completion of construction of F, M, Road 2771, such portions of abutting county roadways as shall no longer be regaired for public use, including the existing bridge over Stone Creek, shall be considered abandoned and shall revert to Carl D, Meek and wife, Rosa Lea Meek, insofar as they are the abutting land owners, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on F, M, 2771 Right-of-Lday Fund payable to Carl D, Meek and wife, Rosa Lea Meek, in the amount of X146.60, upon delivery of the executed Right-of-Way and Channel Easements. o-o-c-c-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
