7~ N0, 9499 OFFER TO HERBERT J, JONES AND WIFE, ARTIE MISSIE JONES FOH RI3HT-OF-LdAY FOR F, M, ROAD 2771 On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Herbert J, Jones and wife, Artie Missie Jones, for convey- ance of right-of-way and one channel easement required for F, M, Road 2771 and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Witt seconded by Commissioner Stcne, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Herbert J, Jones and wife, Artie Missie Jones, the sum of 1,220.70 for land and dariages upon their conveyance of 9.021 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 64 William Ldatt, 63 W, T. Crook, 392 G, W, Brazeal and 62 W, T, Crook, together with one channel easement comprising 0.269 acres out of Survey 63; and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new fence al ong the line of the new right-of-way conveyed, with posts to be set 25 feet apart and to be, together with the wire, of the same general specifications as used on F, M, Road 6E~9, with all end and ccrner posts and accompanying brace posts to be c~nereted and further Kerr County will relccate the existing steel gate near the west end of the property at a point agreeable to owners and the Texas Highway Department; and Kerr County will relocate the entrance gate and construct a new entrance cattle guard, and after construc- tion of F, M, Road 2771, Kerr County will replace the existing graveled perimeter road along the present west fence line whenever such road shal 1 have fallen within the right-cf-way conveyed, with owner furnishing the material for such roadway; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on F, M, 2771 Right-cf-Way Fund payable to Herbert J.
