On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be offered Herbert J, Jones and wife, Artie Massie Jones, for ecnvey-
ante of right-of-tray and one channel easement required for F, M. Road 2771 and after due
consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Witt seconded by Commissioner Stone,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Herbert J, Jones
and wife, Artie Massie Jones, the sum of 1,220.70 for land and damages upon their conveyance
of 9.021 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 64 William Watt, 63 W. T, Crook, 392 G. W,
Brazeal and 62 W. T, Crook, together with one channel easement comprising 0.269 acres out of
Survey 63; and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr
County will construct a new fence al ong the line of the new right-of-vray conveyed, with posts
to be set 25 feet apart and to be, together with the wire, of the same general specifications
as used on F, M, Road 689, with all end and corner posts and accompanying brace posts to be
concreted and further Kerr County will relocate the existing steel gate near the west end of
the property at a point agreeable to owners and the Texas Highway Depart;Went; and Kerr County
will relocate the entrance gate and construct a new entrance cattle guard, and after censtruc-
tion of F, M, Road 2771, Kerr County will replace the existing graveled perimeter road along
the present west fence line whenever such road shat 1 have fallen within the right-ef-way
conveyed, with owner furnishing the material for such roadway; and it is further ordered that
the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on F, M, 2771 Right-cf-Way Fund
sayable to Herbert J, Jones and Artie Massie Jones upon delivery of the executed right-of-way
conveyance and channel easement,

Judge be, and is hereby authorized to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of 9.1
miles of fencing along F/M 2771 R/W according to apecif'ications on file in the office of
the County Clerk. Bids to be received until 10:00 oTclock A,M. August 22, 1963 at which time
sll bids will be publicly opened and read. Said notice will be published in the official
newspaper oP Barr County on August 7th and August 14th, 1963.

On this the 5th day of August 1963 came on to be considered by the Court the matter of
confirming a letter offer previously made to H, W, Bockhoff for land and damages for Right-of-
Way for F. M. Road 2771 and after due consideration it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
CountyTS letter offer dated July 31, 1963 to H. W, Bockhoff and wife, Harriet t, for payment of
the sum oP X210,80 upon receipt of the executed Right-of-Way conveyance to 1,054 acres oP
land out of Surveys 63 W, T, Crook and 62 W, T, Crook be ratified and confirmed and that the
Clerk and the Tresaurer ba authorized to draw a voucher on F/M 2771 Right-of-Way Fund payable
to H, W, Bockhoff and Harriett Bockhoff in the amount of X210.80 upon receipt of the properly
executed Right-of-Way conveyance.
