in the official newspaper of Kerr County, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County will
submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County Financial Affairs
during the fiscal year January 1st, 196!} to December 31st, 1964, the same to be at a Public
Hearing to be held August 16, 1963 at 9:00 o'clock A,M, in the Kerr County Commissioners'
Court Room of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

N0, 9504 OFFER TO H. W, BOCKROFF ET UX FOR LAND AND DAMAGES FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F/M
ROAD 2771
On this the 5th day oP August 1963 came on to be considered by the Court the matter of
confirming a letter offer previously made to H. W. Bockhoff for land and damages for Right-of-
Way for F. M. Road 2771 and after due consideration it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
County's letter offer dated July 31, 1963 to H. W, Bockhoff and wife,Aarriett,for payment of
the sum of X210.80 upon receipt of the executed Right-of-Way conveyance to 1.054 acres of
land out oP Surveys 63 W, T, Crook and 62 W, T, Crook be ratified and confirmed and that the
Clerk and the Tresaurer be authorized to draw a voucher on F/M 2771 Right-of-Way Find payable
to H. W, Bockhoff and Harriett Bockhoff in the amount of X210.80 upon receipt of the properly
executed Right-of-Way conveyance.
