BRIDGE
This the 12th day of August 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Frank Thomason in the amount
of $1204.56, to be paid out of the General Road and Bridge Fund as partial payment for widen-
ing the Knapp Crossing Bridge,

N0, 9511 BOUNDARIES OF VOTING PRECINCTS NOS, 5 AND 9
On this the 12th day of August, 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to re-define the boundaries of Voting Precincts Nos. $ and 9, and that said boundaries be
published for three consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of Kerr County as required by
law.
Tt is further ordered by the Court that a certified copy of the field notes, as recorded
Vol. 4
in the Record of Election Precinets~ on pages 138-140 be furnished the Tax Collector by
September 1st, 1963,

N0, 4512 ORDER REDEFINING PORTION OF BOUNDARY BETWEEN JUSTICE PRECINCT N0, 4 AND JUSTICE
PRECINCT N0. 5
On this the 12th day of August, 1963 came on to be heard and considered the necessity
to redefine a portion of the existing boundary between Justice Precinct No. 4 and Justice
Precinct No. 5 in Kerr County due to changes in election precinct boundaries of Voting Precincts
^ No. 5 and No, 9 and it appearing to the court that such redefinition is necessary in order to
comply with the laws of the State of Texas, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that affective January 1,
196L~. that portion of the boundary between Justice Precincts Nos, 4 and 5 as defined on Page
592, Vol L of the Minutes of the Commissioners Court, as commences at the Southwest corner of
Survey 1204 and runs to the Northeast corner of Survey 1439, Mary J. Anderson be deleted from
said Order 9318 setting forth the common boundary of the two precincts and the following be
substituted therefor:
Thence South to the Southeast corner of Survey 1438 G.C. and S.F,R,R.Co.
Thence west with the south line of Sur 1438 to the N.E, corner of Survey 1439, Mary J.
Anderson
and it is further ordered that the terms of Court in said Justice Precincts as redefined
remain as set forth in Commissioners Court Order No, 9353 dated January 14, 1963 and recorded
in Volume M, Page 4 of the Minutes of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County.
