This the 12th day of August, 1963 came on to be examined by the Court the settlement with
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30th, 1963 and it appearing
to the Court that said report is in proper form and should be approved; and
That the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amounts as set forth on the current
tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allowed; also that the Tax Assessor-
Collector be charged with the amounts collected in adaition to the current rolls of Insolvent
Tax collections, Redemption and Poll Taxes, as listed on the report.
On motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court un-
animously accepted said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk, for future
reference and subject to audit.

N0, 9514 ORDER GRANTING HILL COUNTRY TELEPHONE COOP. TU USE AGRICULTUkE BUILDING
OCTOBER 7, 1963
On this the 12th day of August 1963, upon motion made by Comanissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the court unanimously approved the request of Hill Country Telephone
Coop. to use the Agriculture Building October 7, 1963, at no charge except janitor service.

This the 12th day of August 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Mrs. Ethel Borden be re-
employed as Assistant County Health Nurse, commencing September 1, 1963 for a period of nine
months thru May 31, 1964, and that she be paid a salary of $160.00 per month, including travel,
to be paid out of the General Fund.

for the year 1962 as made by the firm of Pressler, Hartman and Thompson be accepted. .-.

On this the 12th day of August 1963, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates of
Cancellation, Certificate Number 21198-21200 Inclusive and Certificates 1695b-16966 Inclusive,
presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appear-
ing to the Court that the reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes
therein are good and sufficient, it is therefore Ordered by the Court that the said certificates
be granted and signed by the County Judpe.

approved by the Court.

On this the 12th day of August 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Alice McLeod
as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled
to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore, on motion made by
