N0. 9513 SETTLEMENT .aITH TAX COLLECTOR FUk TAX YEAR 1962, ENL`ING JUNE 30th, 1963
This the 12th day of August, 1963 came on to be examined by the Court the settlement with
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30th, 1963 and it appearing
to the Court that said report is in proper form and should be approved; and
That the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amounts as set forth on the current
tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allowed; also that the Tax Assessor-
Collector be charged with the amounts collected in adnition to the current rolls of Insolvent
Tax collections, Redemption and Poll Taxes, as listed on the report.
On motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court un-
animousl}' accepted said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk, for future
reference and subject to audit.

NO. 9514 ORDER GRANTING HILL COUNTRY TELEPHONE COOP. TU USE AGRICULTURE BUILDING
OCTOBER 7, 1963
On this the 12th day of August 1963, upon motion made by Cotrunissioner Stone, seccnded
by Commissioner Bartel, the court unanimously approved the request of Hill Country Telephone
Coop. to use the Agriculture Building October 7, 1963, at no charge except janitor service.

This the 12th day of August 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Dirs. Ethel Borden be re-
employed as Assistant County Health Nurse, commencing September 1, 1963 for a period of nine
months thru I`iay 31, 1964, and that she be paid a salary of $160.00 per month, including travel,
to be paid out of the General Fund.

This the 12th day of August 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the Audit of Kerr County Records
for the year 1962 as made by the firm of Pressler, Hartman and Thompson be accepted. ,._.

CERTIFICATE NOS. 16956-16966 INCLUSIVE
On this the 12th day of August 1963, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates of
Cancellation, Certificate Number 21198-21200 Inclusive and Certificates 16956-16966 Inclusive,
presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appear-
ing to the Court that the reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes
therein are good and sufficient, it is therefore Ordered by the Court that the said certificat ~
be granted and signed by the County Judpe.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.
