N0. 9521} ADOPTION OF BIIDGET FOR THE YEAR 1964
This the 16th day of August 1963 came on to be considered by the Court the Public Hearing
in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1964. It appearing to the
Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr County in the
City of Kerrville, Texas, for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough
examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community, the
Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved, Therefore, on motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved
the adoption of the County Budget for 1964.
