This the 16th day of August 1963 came on to be considered by the Court the Public Rearing
is the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1964, It appearing to the
Gourt that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr County in the
City of Kerrville, Texas, for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough
examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community, the
Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved, Therefore, on motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved
the adoption of the County Budget for 1964,

N0. 9526 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
This the 16th day of August 1963, in Regular monthly session of Commissioners' Court came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said

County, for the period beginning on the first day of May 1963 and ending July 31, 1963, and
the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this Order.

report and tabular statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1963 and ending
July 31, 1963, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct,
