~~ for the year 1962, the auditing firm of Pressler, Hartman and Thompson have ascertained that .-, the sum of X355.25 was erroneously included in the unidentified funds held by the District Clerk as set forth in their audit of the 1961 accounts of that office, and that said auditors have Further recommended on page VIII oŁ the Condensed Schedule a and Comments of their 1962 Audit Report that the sum of X355.25 as set forth on Page 82 of the said audit report should be repaid to the Clerk of the District Court out of the General Fund of Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of X355.25 erroneously included in the transfer of funds directed by Order No. 9327 be repaid to the Clerk of the District Court and that the Clerk and the Treasurer draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of X355.25 payable to the Clerk of the District Court so that the recommendations contained in the 1962 Audit may be complied with. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9529 ORDER DISPOSING OF BALANCE IN "TRUSTEE" ACCOUNT OF JUSTICE PRECINCT N0, 1 On this the 16th day of August, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court ,... certain recommendations of the Accounting Firm of Pressler, Hartman and Thompson as contained in their Audit of the 1962 accounts of Kerr County which recommendations as set forth on Page VII of said audit pertain to funds detailed on Page 74 of said audit and it appearing to the Court that these recommendations for disposing of the remaining balance of X75.41 in said account are reasonable and should be followed, it is Ordered on Motion by Commissioner Stone seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Oourt that the present custodian of the "Trustee" Account of Justice Precinct No. 1 proceed to dispose of the balance of funds in said account by transferring the sum of X15.00 to the account of the present Justice of the Peace of Precinct No, 1, paying the sum of X1.00 to the County Treasurer of Kerr County to clear an underpayment of $1,00 in the March 1962 fes report of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1, which error was erroneously attributed to the December 1962 report by the auditing firm, and then paying the remaining balance of unidentified funds amounting to X59.41 to the County Treasurer of Kerr County to be deposited in the General Fund of Kerr County, the payment of the said unidentified funds to Kerr County being subject to the lawful owners thereof being entitled to reimbursement upon proper proof of ownership. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9530 ORDER GRANTING ALLOWANCE FOR VERNON SMITH On this the 16th day of August 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimously approved that Vernon Smith be granted an allowance of X100,00 per month, payable X50.00 on the first day of each month and X50.00 on the 16th day of each month, effective on the 16th day of August 1963, for a period of four months, to be paid out of the General Fund, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9531 OFFER TO ANDREW B. PARIS AND WIFE, LORENA S. PARIS, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 2771 On this the 16th day of August, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the court the matter of compensation to be offered Andrew B. Paris and wife, Lorene S. Paris, for conveyance of right of way and two channel easements required for F M Road 2771; and after due considera- tion, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and ~9 unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offer to pay Andrew B. Paris and --• wife, Lorene S. Paris, the sum of X1,300.00 upon the granting of a Right of Way Easement for 9.502 acres of land out of Surveys 392, G, W, Braze al, 63, W, T, Crook, and 62, W, T, Crook together with two channel easements comprising 0.375 acres out of surveys 392 and 63 and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration Kerr County will construct a new Pence along the entire right of way line using pressure treated creosoted pine poets set 25 feet apart and otherwise conforming with the same general specifications as used by Kerr County in fencing right of way for nearby sections of F M Road 689 in the year 1962, with Kerr County relocating two gates presently located to the proximity of Station 283 of the centerline of said roadway and also furnishing two new 12 foot steel gates to be located East of the Paris residence, and that Kerr County will construct a new septic tank North East of the Paris residence of a capacity equivalent to the one now situated on the right of way granted, equipping such new septic tank with such a drain field as soil conditions require and it is further ordered that as additional consideration Kerr County will execute a quit claim deed to Andrew B, and Lorene S. Paris to 0,103 acres of land more or less out of Survey 392, the same ^ being out of and near the east end of that l}.9 acre strip of land conveyed by H, M, Naylor to Kerr County, and the County Judge of Kerr County is hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid quit claim deed upon delivery of the right of way and channel easements herein referred to, and it is also ordered that on completion of construction of F M Road 2771 ell such portions of the existing Turtle Creek-Center Point County Road as abut the lands of Andrew B. and Lorene S, Paris shall be considered closed and abandoned insofar as said county roadway lies outside the right of way lines of F M Road 2771, and the same shall revert to record holders of title thereto, and it is f~ rther ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on F M 2771 Right of Way Fund payable to Andrew B, Paris and wife, Lorene S.
