G, Lackey for construction of fencing be accepted as the best bid at the rate of X700,00 per mile for low fence, including one gate or cattle guard per each mile, All extra gates will cost X25,00 each, The cost of construction of fencing along the Andrew J. Paris fence line does not include the water gaps across the creek crossing, these water gape to cost extra.
