It is therefore Urdered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is herewith instructed T_o employ the followin€; minimum values in taking renditions for 1964 ad v-alorem. taxes, it being the intent of the Court that the following values shall be a bindin£ minimum, but shall not: be construed as in any way constituting a maximnim value.
