It is therefore Ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is herewith instructed to employ the following minimum values in taking renditions for 1964 ad valorem taxes, it being the intent of the Court that the following values shall be a bindin€. mininnim, but shall not: be construed as in any way constituting a maximum value.
