matter of Amending Order No. 9531 entered on the 16th day of AuF.ust, 1963 and it appearing to
the Court after a meeting on the Around with the offereesthat the said original order should

Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 9531 be ar,:ended to include in
addition tc all terms and consideration originally offered the follo~oing:
Kerr County will extend the present rock. ::all on the North side of the residence Easterly
along the right-of-way line to the present entrance roadway according to plans and specifications

to be mutually agreed upon between the offerees and Kerr County with Kerr County employing
a mutually acceptable contractor to construct the necessary masonry work, and that in lieu of
standard type fencing, Kerr County will install a chain link fence along both the existing and
new masonry wall at a lengt'r. aF,reed upon and that as an alternative to this additional
consideration Kerr County will agree to pay a total cash consideration of 32,500.00 with
offerees constructing ti:eir own fencing and masonry on the section of right-of-way referred
to, and in event of acceptance of the said alternate offer the Clerk and Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to draw a vcucher in the amount of 32500.00 instead of the original amount of $1300.00 on
