to be mutually agreed upon between the offerees and Kerr County with Kerr County employing
a mutually acceptable contractor to construct the necessary masonry work, and that in lieu of
standard type fencing, Kerr County will install a chain link fence along both the existing and
new masonry wall at a length agreed upon and that as an alternative to this additional
consideration Kerr County will agree to pay a total cash consideration of $2,500.00 with
offerees constructing their own fencing and masonry on the section of right-of-way referred
to, and in event of acceptance of the said alternate offer the Clerk and Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to draw a vcucher in the amount of $2500.00 instead of the original amount of $1300.00 on
