standard type fencing Kerr County will install a chain link fence along both the existing and
new masonry wall at a length agreed upon and that as an alternative to this acditional
consideration Kerr County will agree to pay a total cash consideration of }2,500.00 with
offerees constructing their ocan fencing and masonry on the section of right-of-way referred
to, and in event of acceptance of the said alternate offer the Clerk and Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to draca a voucher in the amount of $2500.00 instead of the original amount of $1300.00 on

9531, doing so as compensation for land, damages, and damages to their residential site, with
pays^ent to be made upon delivery of the stipulated Right-of-'rJay and Channel Easer.;ents and with
Kerr County performing otherwise as originally set forth in Order No. 9531, except that land-
owners agree to construct their own fencing and retaining wall from a point beginning at the
