C11. the polls for various elections held within such Counties at 8:00 o'clock A.M, and it appear- -- ing to the Court that Kerr County's population as shown bq the last proceeding Federal Census was less than 100,000, and that no useful purpose would be served bq the opening of polling places at 7:00 o'clock A,M „ it is ordered on motion bq Commissioner Stone, seconded bq Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved bq the Court that pursuant to authority contained in Section 2.01 oP the Texas Election Code as amended by the Acts of the 58th Legislature that effective this date, the polling places for all elections held within Kerr Countq shall open at 8:00 o'clock A,M., it being the intent of this Court that this order shall apply to all County wide, General and Special elections held at public expense, to all Party Primary and Party Runoff Elections and to all elections of any character conducted by School Districts, Municipalities, Water Control and Improvement Districts or any other Political Subdivisions having their principal offices located within the boundaries of Kerr County, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9571 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACTS In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application of Arnold 0. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties ^ entitled thereto, for the period ending September 30, 1963 and held on deposit in the Countq Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of X2366,29.
