~(1~ the polls for various elections held within such Counties at 8:00 o'clock A.M. and it appear- ing to the Court that Kerr County's population as shown by the last precseding Federal Census was less than 100,000, and that no useful purpose would be served by the opening of polling places at 7:00 o'clock A,M „ it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that pursuant to authority contained in Section 2,01 of the Texas Election Code as amended by the Acts of the 58th Legislature that effective this date, the polling places for all elections held within Kerr County shall open at 8:00 o'clock A,M., it being the intent of this Court that this order shall apply to all County wide, General and Special elections held at public expense, to all Party Primary and Party Runoff Elections and to all elections of any character conducted by School Districts, Municipalities, Water Control and Improvement Districts or any other Political Subdivisions having their principal offices located within the boundaries of Kerr County, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9571 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACTS In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application of Arnold 0. Liesmann for terracing of his land 1 mile SW of Kerrville on F M Road 68q in Precinct No. 1, the application of Milton Burney for terracing of his land 2 miles Northeast of Center Point in Precinct No. 2 and the application of R. H. Holekamp for terracing of his land 12 miles East of Kerrville on Old Center Point Road in Precinct No. 3 were approved by the Court and contracts entered into by and between the Commissioners of Precincts Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and aforementioned parties, Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9572 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 14th day of October, 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending September 30, 1963 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $2366.29. Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk oP said Court, in the amount of X906.00.
