This the 14th day of October 1963, upon motion made by Oommissioner Witt, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the monthly allowance of
Larry Lackey be terminated, effective November 1, 1963.

N0. 9576 ORDER APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF WILMA FITZGERALD AND BETTY TREDUL AS FULL TIME
DEPUTY CLERKS
This the 14th day of October 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Wilma Fitzgerald and
Betty Tredul as full time Deputy Clerks,and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputies and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion
made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner ,Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approv-
ed that said officer bŪ authorized to deputize Wilma Fitzgerald as full time employee at a
salary of X200.00 per month and that said officer be authorized to deputize Betty Tredul as
full time employee at a salary of X165,00 per month, effective date of qualification.
