N0. 9576 ORDER APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF WILMA FITZGERALD AND BETTY TREDUL AS FULL TIME
DEPUTY CLERKS
This the 14th day of October 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Wilma Fitzgerald and
Betty Tredul as full time Deputy Clerks, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputies and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion
made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approv-
ed that said officer be authorized to deputize Wilma Fitzgerald as full time employee at a
salary of $200,00 per month and that said officer be authorized to deputize Betty Tredul as
full time employee at a salary of X165,00 per month, effective date oP qualification.

ON THIS the 1.!}th day of October, 1963, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas,
convened in regular session at the regular meeting place thereof in the Courthouse at Kerr-
villa, Texas, there being present and in attendance the following members, to-wit:
JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER COUNTY JUDGE, Presiding; and
W. C. SCHWETHELM COMMISSIONER, Precinct No, 1;
PRENTICE WITT COMMISSIONER, Precinct No. 2;
ADOLPH BARTEL COMMISSIONER, Precinct No. 3;
ROGER STONE COMMISSIONER, Precinct No. 4;
and among other proceedings had were the following:
The County Judge introduced the following election order:
WHEREAS, the Commissionera~ Court of Kerr County, Texas, deems it advisable to submit to
the resident qualified taxpaying voters of said County, who own taxable property in said
County and who have duly rendered the same for taxation, a proposition for the issuance of
bonds of said County for the purpose hereinafter stated; therefore
.-.. BE IT ORDERED BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
That an election be held in said County on the 9th day of November, 1963, which date is
not less than fifteen (15) nor more than thirty (30) days from the date of the adoption of
this order, at which election the following proposition ahall be submitted to the qualified
taxpaying electors who own taxable property in said County and who have duly rendered the same
for taxation, for their action thereupon:
"SHALL the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, be authorized to issue the
bonds oP said County in the total principal sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (~l}00,000) to
mature serially at such time ea may be deemed most expedient by the Commissioners Court,
but not later than forty (40) years from the date thereof, and to bear interest at a
rate not to exceed SIX PER CENTUM (6~) per annum, and to levy ad valorem taxes sufficient
to pay the interest on said bonds and create a sinking fund sufficient to pay the
principal thereof at maturity, for permanent improvement purposes, to-wit: the construc-
tion of improvements, additions and repairs to the County Courthouse and Jail Building
located in the City of Kerrville, the county seat of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to
authority conferred by the Constitution and laws of the State of TexasY"
THAT said election shall be held under the provisions of the Constitution and laws of
