NEUNHOFFER COUNTY JUDGE, Presiding; and W. C. SCHWETHELM COMMISSIONER, Precinct No, 1; PRENTICE WITT COMMISSIONER, Precinct No. 2; ADOLPH BARTEL COMMISSIONER, Precinct No. 3; ROGER STONE COMMISSIONER, Precinct No. 4; and among other proceedings had were the following: The County Judge introduced the following election order: WHEREAS, the Commissionera~ Court of Kerr County, Texas, deems it advisable to submit to the resident qualified taxpaying voters of said County, who own taxable property in said County and who have duly rendered the same for taxation, a proposition for the issuance of bonds of said County for the purpose hereinafter stated; therefore .-..
