Guadalupe River by the Flood Control Dam constructed by Kerr County at Dam Site "D", commonly
known as "Flatrock Lake", and it appearing to the Court that the said dam was constructed by
Kerr County pursuant to Permit No, 1752 issued by the State Board of Water Engineers on June
1, 1955, and it further appearing to the Court that the proposal of Carl D, Meek to pump
unappropriated waters from the impoundment as now created will not interfere with the purpose
for which the dam was constructed, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby grants
permission to Mr. Carl D, Meek of Kerrville, Texas, to pump unappropriated waters Prom the
impoundment created by the Kerr County Flood Control Dam situated at Dam Site "D", the per-
mission herein granted being subject to and to be used in conjunction with any permits which
may be granted for such purpose to the said Carl D, Meek by the Texas Water Commission, and
subject only to such restrictions as may be imposed by the said Texas Water Commission in
connection with such permit, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of this Court furnish
the said Carl D, Meek with three certified copies oP this order.

On this the 23rd day of October 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimously approved the claims of J. C, Blevins and W. E,
Vlsaek, payable out of Road and Bridge No. 4 Fund.

No, 2.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioners
Stone and Bartel voting "AYE^ and Commissioner Schwethelm voting "NO", said motion carrying
by a majority vote,
