N0. 9585 AFPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of November 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos, 1, 2, 3 & 4, Lateral Road 4, General,
Officers Salary, County Law Library, F.M. 2771 R~W and Permanent Improvement Funds, as shown
in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 792 thru page 797, Voucher Nos, 8206 thru 8438
which were made a part hereof and of this order,
Motion made by Commissloner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court,

N0. 9586 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY AFPROVED
On this the 12th day of November 1963 came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports for October of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Witt, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the
Gounty Clerk for future reference and subJect to audit,

On this the 12th day of November 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the sealed
bids for two 1964 Sedans as per specifications for the Sheriff's Department. Upon opening and
reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bids of
Schreiner Ford Center in the amounts as follows:
Bid for one 1964 Sedan for Sheriff's Dept. Unit #1 as per specifications -
