On this the 12th day of November 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the sealed
bids for one 1964 one-half ton pickup for Precinct Number One as per specifications. Upon
opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the
bid of Schreiner Ford Center in the amounts as follows:
Bid for one 1964 a ton pickup per specifications X1686.98
Less trade in of 1950 Chev, Pickup - 150.98
Net to County $1536,00
be accepted as the lowest and best bid.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt, with Commissioners
Schwethelm, Witt and Bartel voting "AYE" and Commissioner Stone voting "NOTM, said motion
carrying by a majority vote.
