N0. 9591 AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT OF FLOOD CONTROL REPAIR WARRANTS
On this the 12th day of November 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer be
authorized to pay Flood Control Repair Warrants Nos. 25-32, Inclusive, plus X1,100.00 interest
on all outstanding warrants. Said warrants to b® paid November 15, 1963 out of Flood Control
Maintenance Fund.

N0, 9592 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTIKENT OF NULA LILES AS A FULL TIME DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-
COLLECTOR
On this the 12th day of November 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Nula
Liles as a full time Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said
officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore,
upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimous-
ly approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Nula Liles as a full time Deputy Tax
Assessor-Collector at s salary of .p 2520.00 per annum with compensation to commence the date
of qualification,

N0. 9593 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACTS
In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas,
the application of Beatrice Morrison for terracing of her land 2 miles south of Center Point
in Precinct No. 2 and the application of William Moore for terracing of his land 2 miles north-
east of Center Point in Precinct No. 2 were approved by the Court and contracts entered into
by and between the Commissioner of Precinct No. 2 and aforementioned parties.

On this the 12th day of November 1963, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates
of Cancellation, Certificate Numbers 16969 thru 16972 inclusive, presented to the Court by
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the
reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and
sufficient, it is therefore Ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and
signed by the County Judge.

N0, 9595 RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED ON SPECIAL CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION
On this the 12th day of November 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed to determine the results of the Special Constitutional Amendment Election
held on November 9, 1963. Wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of
the eighteen election precincts and the Absentee Box, is of the opinion that said returns,
