Luglan, Clerk THE MANNER of holding said election shall be governed by the General Laws of the State of Texas regulating General Elections, except as modified by the provisions of Chapter 1, Title 22, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925 as amended, A COPY of this order, signed by the County Judge of said County, and certified by the County Clerk shall serve as proper and sufficient notice of such election. NOTICE OF SAID ELECTION shall be given by posting and publication of a copy of this order, at the top of which shall appear the words "NOTICE OF ELECTION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS." Said Notice shall be posted in each of the election precincts of said County and at the County Courthouse, not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date on which said election is to be held, and be published on the same day in each of two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Kerr County, Texas, the first of said publications to be made not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for said election. The above order having been read in full, it was moved by Commissioner Stone and seconded by Commissioner Bartel that it be passed, Thereupon the question being called for, the follow- ing members of the Court voted "AYE:" Commissioners Stcne and Bartel and County Judge Neunhoffer, and the following voted "NO:" Commissioners Schwethelm and Witt.
