On this the 12th day of November, 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seccnded
by Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X5,000,00 from the General Fund
to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 9600 APPORTIONMENT OF X5,000.00 FROM GENP:RAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 12th day of November 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of X5,000,00 out of the General Road and
Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners Precincts:
Road	and	Bridge	Prec.	#1 -	1,700.00
Road	and	Bridge	Prec,	#2 -	850.00
Road	and	Bridge	Frec.	~#3 -	850,00
Road	and	Bridge	Prec.	#4 -	1,600.00

N0. 9601 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 12th day of November, 1963, in Regular monthly session of Commissioners
Gourt came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the first day of August 1963 and ending October
31, 1963, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this Order,

N0. 9602 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
This the 12th day of November 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 1963 and ending
October 31, 1963, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, said report was
unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to audit.
