Therefore upon motion by Co.nmissioner Stone, seccnded by Commissioner Bartel with a
majority of the Court, comprising of Commissioners Stone and Bartel and Judge Neunhoffer
voting "AYE" and with Commissioners Schwethelm and Witt voting "NO", it is hereby ordered that
Kerr County execute and deliver such lease as herein described upon payment to Kerr County
of the sum of ~1b3,62 as bonus; and that the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas be, and he is

On this the 6th day of December, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of fencing constructed by Wiley W. Thurman for F.M. Road 2771 pursuant to his bid
accepted by the terms of Order No. 9532 entered August 22, 1963, and the Court having first
inspected the fencing constructed, and finding it acceptable and that payment therefor should
be made, on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously
appeared by the Court, it is therefore ordered that the following fencing constructed by Wiley
W, Thurman be accepted and final payment made as follows:

N0, 9613 ORDER RENAMING STREETS IN THE NORTH CANTER POINT ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF CENTER POINT
On this the 6th day of December, 1463 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of clarifying the designation of and renaming of certain streets in the unincorporated
town of Center Point, and it appearing to the Court that two streets designated on the Plat of
the North Center Point Addition to the Town of Center Point and designated as "Avenue A" and
"Avenue B" respectively as is shown on said Plat as recorded in Vol. 1, Page 96 of the Kerr
County Plat Records bear the same name as two streets designated and named at an earlier date
in the Plat of the Walker Addition to the Town of Center Point as is of record in Vol. W, Page
381, Kerr County Deed Records, and it further appearing to the Court this duplication of names
would cause serious confusion in the matter of the proposed erection of street signs in the
Town of Center Foint, and it further appearing that Avenue A and Avenue B as designated in the
Walker Addition to the ~l'own of Center Point were so named more than 40 years prior to the
platting of the North Center Point Addition, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Witt,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel and iinanim~usly approved by the Court that Avenue "A" as
designated in the Plat of the North Center Point Addition to the Town of Center Point, Texas,
which Plat is of record in Vol, 1, Page 96, Kerr County Plat Records, be redesignated and
renamed "Hatless Avenue" and that Avenue "B" as designated on said Plat be redesignated and
renamed "Brink Avenue" and it is further ordered that the Clerk of this Ccurt file a certified
copy of this order for record in the Deed Records of Kerr County.
