COUNTY OF KERR ~ BE IT REN:EMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 9th day
of December 1963 at 10:00 o'clock A.N., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners Court, with the following officers present:

W. C. Schwethelm Commissioner, Precinct No. 1
Prentice Witt Commissioner, Precinct No. 2
Adolph Bartel Commissioner, Precinct No. 3
Roger E. Stone Com,:nissioner, Precinct No. 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 9614 AFPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCGL,'NTS
On this the 9th day of December 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4, General, Officers Salary,
County Law Library and F.bi. 2771 R/W Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from
page ~~-~ thru 303 Voucher Nos. ¢531_ thru c~c,57 , which were made a part hereof and of this
order.
Notion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 9615 N.ONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KEkR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 9th day of December 1963 came on to be examined by the Court the	various
reports for November of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and	the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by	Commissioner
Witt, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and fi	led with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.	
The following amounts were deposited with the County Treasurer for the month	of November:

NO. 9616 RESIGNATION OF ALICE NicLEOD AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR ACCEPTED
On this the 9th day of December 1963, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Alice McLeod
as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector be accepted, effective November 30, 1963.
