E. ALLISON COMPANY On this the 9th day of December 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Comr:,issioner Bartel, with Conunissioners Bartel, Stone and Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioners Schwethelm and Witt voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote , that M. E. Allison Company be reimbursed in the amount of $222.36 for cost of election supplies furnished for the Court House and Jail Bond Election held November 9, 1963, and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $222.36. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ANNUAL N0. 9620 AFPkOVAL OF/PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON i~1EMORIAL HOSPITAL On this the 9th day of December 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of payment and contribution to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, for the care of indigent patients for the year 1963, in the sum of $2000.00. Upon motion made by Commis- sioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $2000.00, for the care of indigent patients. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 9621 APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF ALLO~dANCE FOR ALLIE CRENSHAW On this the 9th day of December 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved an extension of allowance for Allie Crenshaw in the amount of $40.00 per month until June 1, 1964. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9622 READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES On this the 9th day of December, 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 106 thru 120, Volume M. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9623 NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF DISTRICT CLERK AND COiJNTY TREASURER On this the 9th day of December, 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of proposed salary increases for the District Clerk in the amount of $400.00 per annum and for the County Treasurer in the amount of $400.00 per annum and directing publication by the Commissioners' Court for the proposed salary increases for the year 1964.
