Stone County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Commissioner Precinct 2 Commissioner Precinct 3 Commissioner Precinct 4 and the following orders were passed: N0. 9626 ORDER DIRECTING COUNTY CLERK TO PAY OUT FUNDS HELD IN TRUST FUND PURSUANT TO ORDER N0. 9491 On this the 20th day of December, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of paying out certain funds held by the County Clerk of Kerr County in her Trust Fund which funds in the amount of $869.30 were paid into said Trust Fund by the Order of tt~ Commissioners Court of Kerr County pursuant to Order No. 9491 dated the 26th day of July, 1963 and it appearing to the Court said funds represent consideration due the heirs of the Estates of Arthur and Fanny Real deceased for Right-of-Way and Channel Easements for F. M. Road No. 2771, which easements were originally granted Kerr County by the executors of the Estates of Arthur and Fanny Real, Deceased as evidenced by two instruments of record dated August 21, 1963 and recorded in Vol 3, Easement Records of Kerr County at Pages 414 and 417, and it further appearing to the Court that by instruments as filed for record in Deed Records of Kerr County on Nov. 25, 1963 the various heirs of the Estates of Arthur and Fanny keal conveyed all of their right, title and interest in the lands embracing the aforesaid easements to Hilmer A. Pressler, Trustee and that the said Hilmer A. Pressler, Trustee subsequently, by deed recorded in Vol. 116, Page 606, Kerr County Deed kecords, did convey all of said land jointly to Jeanette Real Boster of Tom Green County, Texas and to Emily Real Neill of 124 Okaloosa County, Florida and it further appearing to the Court that the Attorney for the two estates concerned has advised that as a portion of the distribution proceedings of the estates concerned the said Jeanette Real Boster and Emily keal Neill are to receive all cash con- sideration paid by Kerr County for the granting of the easements concerned, and it further appearing to the Court that the said Jeanette Real Boster and Emily Real Neill have executed a ratification agreement ratifying and conferring the granting to the State of Texas of the Rixht-of-~1ay aad Ca nna' Easements concerned which ratification agreement is of -record in Vol. 3, Page 440b, Kerr County Easement Records, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Bartel, seccndec? by Cora:nissioner Sc~raetaelm, and unanimously approved by the Gourt that the County Clerk of Kerr County be authorized and directed to pay out tree sum of $869.30 held in her Trust Fund pending orders of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County as set forth in Order No. 9491 of the said Court and that payment of said funds be made as follows: 1. The sum of $434.65 to Emily Real Neill o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ^ N0. 9627 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF COUNTY PERbiAPdENT SCHOOL FUNDS On this the 20th day of December, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit to the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund and it appearing to the Court that the said funds which are in excess of the amount of $1,500.00 should be invested as required by law, and that the amount presently available could be invested advantageously in Bonds of the United States Government, it is Ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approv- ed by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest all presently uninvested funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, as nearly as practicable, in U. S.
